Returns

You have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

– Order number
– Reason for the return

Our customer support team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Please do not send your purchase back to us without contacting our customer support team first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Damaged Products

We make every effort to securely package your order, but given the delicate nature of some makeup items, there is a possibility of damage during transit. If you receive any broken items, please provide proof of the damage within 3 hours of receiving the shipment. We will require 4-5 working days to investigate the issue and offer compensation in the form of a discount coupon based on the actual damage or for the purpose of exchange if the product is fully broken.

Shipping

To return your product, please follow the instructions provided by our customer support team. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over a certain value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
